So it's a New Year...

Almost two weeks into a New Year, and I dare to ask how things are shaping up?

The percentage of people who stick to their goals for the new year is less than 10%, so it's factual to say more is needed to keep momentum up than a vision board and blanket 'New Year, New Me' mindset.

Building systems can be key to breaking the cycle and really solidifying change.

To help crack your resolution long-term;

Identify your why. So when the mood is not motivationally spirited, your reason you started keeps you going. That end goal, the future you that you envision will help to push you to do what you need to make consistent progress and achieve.

This idea of the New Year being symbolic to reset, can literally be any time you choose to make it. YOU are the creator of your destiny.

So if these first few weeks of January haven't been what you envisioned, thats okay. There's still time. You have permission to rewrite the story and go again.

And if you started with great intention and have found yourself having a pause against your better judgement, know you've had a moment to reflect and regroup, and get back on that task at hand.

You see, yes, its a New Year. But realistically, it's a new day. Every day.

And everyday is an opportunity to pick up where you left off, whether it was yesterday, last week, or last month.

So whatever it is thats been on your to do list, your vision board, your mind

Today is a new day. It's a new year.

Seize the moment, and take action.

It's time.
